Everything included in The Regulated Life Audit — plus four weeks of support to make sure it actually lands. After your personalized action plan is built, we meet weekly for four focused 15-minute check-ins to troubleshoot in real time, adjust what isn't clicking, and keep your momentum from stalling. Because the audit gives you the map. This makes sure you don't put it in a drawer.

The Integration Series is a four-session therapeutic coaching experience that goes beneath the surface of your habits and into the belief systems driving them. Drawing on the frameworks of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Processing Therapy, each 60-minute session is designed to help you identify, regulate, and rewrite the self-limiting narratives that keep you cycling through the same patterns — no matter how optimized your routine is. Sessions pull from a range of tools including guided meditation, thematic deep-dives, and written frameworks, and close with personalized homework so the momentum doesn't stop when the call does. Four sessions. One continuous arc of real, lasting change. This is the work that makes everything else work.
